Feature Request: List user's own tickets on a page
« on: April 12, 2011, 06:25:45 PM »
Excellent idea to fork this plugin since it's exactly what I needed. Hope you haven't given up on us! :)

It would be great to be able for the user to get a list (table?) of all their tickets and their status since they often want to check back and see what's happening with their ticket. For example if you create a page and add [LIST-USERS-TICKETS] or something.

Sure, they can check their ticket using the URL: www.domain.com/page/?ticket=<ticketnmber> but the user doesn't really know that.

Seems like the permissions are already built-in. If a user tries to open someone else's ticket they get "You are not allowed to see this ticket."

I got some other ideas too for features, but let's start with this. I think it's a good idea to keep this plugin pretty simple.
