G, Peter,
Great plug in. It's been stopping a lot of spam. Some still gets through, but that's to be expected.
My question is, since I started using the plugin, I am no longer getting emails from my WordPress for new comments. Should a trouble ticket be setup for this?

PS- On the regular spam comments that are held in moderation, those emails are coming through. Just not the approved comment emails.

Which WordPress version are you using?

Thank you, Peter. I am using the most recent, WordPress 3.0.5.

Also, when entering IPs on the black list, does the system recognize partials, such as 208.80? And, may wild cards be used, such as 208.80.*.* ? (I also use WPBan and have a storehouse of IPs in there that I'd like to use.)

From the FAQ:
How do I define a range in the blacklist or white list?
You can define two sorts of ranges:
From IP to IP. i.e. 192.168.1.100-192.168.1.105
A network in CIDR format. i.e. 192.168.1.0/24

Hello,
Did the email problem get resolved? I've just installed the plug-in with WordPress 3.1.2 and whilst I can see it is stopping SPAM, I've not getting emails anymore for HAM comments!
Any ideas please?

It's been a while and to be honest I don't know if it was solved, but as you have the same problem I guess it was not solved

Sorry, it was me! I had blacklisted myself by accident!

Thanks for the quick response Peter, much appreciated. Will see how it goes but on first impressions the plug-in looks good!
